NOISE: Please be considerate of others. NO NOISE BEFORE 10 AM OR AFTER 10 PM. If you disturb your neighbors you may be asked to leave. If your neighbors disturb you, please contact personnel on the resort.
DOGS: ON A LEASH. Clean up any mess they make where people are walking or gathering. Do not leave pets alone outside during the day or night. Owners are responsible for any damage or annoyance that a pet may cause. Management reserves the right to refuse any pet.
TOILETS: Please do not put anything you have not eaten or drunk (except T.P.) in the toilets. We have our own sewer system and it can handle only so much. Flush twice to avoid overflow. No formaldehyde, it kills the healthy bacteria in the waste treatment plant.
SHOWER ROOMS: For our guests and paid campers only. Please clean up after yourself. Do not stuff anything down the drains. Keep shower curtains inside to avoid a mess.
LAUNDRY: Don’t overstuff or use too much soap (1/2 cup). We have very soft water so a lot of soap is unnecessary. Please clean lint filter after use.
CAMPFIRES: Each space has its’ own campfire ring. Please do not move or build another one. Make sure your campfire is out before checking out of your space.
PICNIC TABLES: Please do not move tables to other campsites. If you need assistance with a picnic table, contact personnel in the main office or general store.
TRASH: Before 3:30, please deposit trash in the designated area located in front of the laundry room by the road. Place trash in a plastic bag and put recyclables in the proper containers. PLEASE DO NOT PLACE TRASH OUTSIDE AT NIGHT BECAUSE THIS ATTRACTS BEARS AND OTHER CREATURES OF THE NIGHT.
CIGARETTE BUTTS: PLEASE NO BUTTS ON THE GROUND OR IN THE FIRE PITS
BEARS: There are bears in the forest. They love garbage or any food left out. They are very strong and can rip open an ice chest easily. If you are bothered by bears, shouting or banging a pan at them should scare them away. NEVER CORNER A BEAR! If he has an escape route he will run away from you. Bears run very fast so make sure you are not in their way.
THEY ARE NOT NICE. PLEASE DO NOT FEED ANY ANIMAL, TAME OR WILD.
