Cabin Policies

       Deposit

All reservations require full amount due at the time of booking.

       Cancellation Policy

Due to the small size of our resort and high demand for advance reservations rather than last-minute reservations, we are greatly affected by changes and cancellations. We must firmly adhere to our cancellation policy.

  • Cancellations made outside of 30 days prior to arrival will receive a refund, less a $25/night cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival are subject to full forfeiture, unless you have purchased Travel Protection and cancel for the reasons covered under this policy. Travel Protection is paid for in full at time of booking and is non-refundable. 

Change Policy

Date changes made more than 30 days prior to arrival incur a $25 per night rebooking/change fee, maximum of $50 per stay. 

Date changes within 30 days of arrival incur a $50 per night rebooking/change fee, maximum of $100 per stay.
